Step 1: First you need to research a destination and plan places to visit. Be sure to visit our Safaris links section and recommended books for Africa. You can also call us at +255 (0)784 792 343 and we can discuss ideas you might have!
Step 2: Contact us at +255 (0)784 792 343 or Send us an email...
Because every trip is different, we have designed a special booking form whereby you can plan and choose from many destinations.
Step 3: Fill in our registration form. Since many of these places are very small and get booked up well in advance, we ask you to let us have as much time as possible. We can, of course, do safaris at much shorter notice, depending on availability.
Step 4: Once an itinerary is agreed, we will give you a detailed quote. We ask you for and advance deposit of 30% within two weeks upon your safari confirmation so as to ensure your bookings. | We specialise in tailor made, high quality safaris in Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda away from the crowds. You may be going on safari for the first time and not know where to start, in which case we will spend as long as it takes to design an itinerary to suit your wishes. Or, if you are an experienced safari traveller looking for something different, we can advise you on new discoveries we have made through our own extensive travels. Even if you have only got a preliminary idea, we are very happy to talk to you at the earliest stage of planning.
We ask you to complete our booking form and submit to us. Once an itinerary is agreed, we will give you a detailed quote. Confirmation and final payment is due 60 days before departure. We accept payment by bank transfer.
Our safaris... | Having decided that you are going to Tanzania for you African Safari, the next question for most people is what should they take?
First of all, carefully choose what you are carrying your safari items in, not just for the trip to Africa, but also for yourself and for those who may have to carry it in Tanzania. A canvas bag with good locks will suffice. Solid suitcases are burdensome for all concerned.
Your choice of clothing is mainly dictated by the climate that you encounter. | When you arrive at Kilimanjro Airport (JRO) there will be three stages to your arrival. - Immigration – There will be separate lines for East Africans, individuals with their visa and individuals without their visa. If you are obtaining your visa upon arrival you simply need the visa form provided on the airplane or next to the immigration line, $50 USD and your passport.
- Baggage Claim – If any bags are missing you will need to fill out forms with the airline before you leave the airport.
- Customs – Go through the line for people with nothing to delcare.
After you go through these areas you will pass through doors where you will see many guides waiting for their clients. Your Abrojaley Africa Ajabu guide will be waiting for you among the other drivers with a company sign that has your name on it.
